Self Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients at The Internist Polyclinic of Ngudi Waluyo General Hospital Blitar Distric

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that can cause many complications. Some of the problems arise in patients with Mellitus, one causes low self-management behavior.This study aims to determine type diabetes mellitus. This research descriptive study. The variable this was mellitus patients. population were all who routinely exercised control at Internal Medicine Polyclinic Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital, Blitar Regency December 2021, namely 156 people. sample based on size formula 112 people sampling technique, purposive regard inclusion and exclusion criteria. conducted from January February 2022 Clinic Regency. Data collection used general data instruments consisting age, gender, routine control, level education, duration DM.
